5th Grade Band

The Thunder Band program now offers a year long 5th grade band program at both Tierra Antigua ES and Ventana Ranch ES.
The program operates as an after school club two days a week. Students will get a jump start on their band career, and when they attend THMS as 6th graders, they skip beginning band and move straight to Cadet band. This is a very unique opprotunity in APS as right now, only 3 elementary schools offer a 5th grade band program in the La Cueva cluster.
